Job summary

CVUK Group in London is seeking an experienced Logistics & 3PL Manager to own warehousing, freight, and inventory movements across the business.

You will challenge external logistics partners, drive OTIF and accuracy, and lead cost savings while delivering seamless service. This permanent role offers ownership of operations and growth in a fast-moving consumer brands environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3PL, warehousing, freight or logistics within beauty, FMCG, consumer goods, wholesale or distribution.
• Commercially confident, highly organised and able to hold external partners accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with 3PL, freight and carrier partners.
• Drive performance across inbound, warehousing, pick/pack, dispatch, delivery and returns.
• Monitor OTIF, inventory accuracy and service levels.
• Own stock reconciliations, cycle counts and variance investigations.
• Resolve fulfilment, transport, shortage, damage, claims and returns issues.
• Run 3PL performance reviews and ensure corrective actions.
• Monitor freight and warehousing costs, challenge invoices and identify savings.
• Support logistics planning for new brands, products and customers.
• Help improve systems, processes and operational controls.

About the Role

We are partnering with a fast-growing consumer brands business to appoint an experienced Logistics & 3PL Manager to take ownership of warehousing, freight, carriers and inventory movement across the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to manage and challenge external logistics partners, improve service and resolve issues quickly.

You Will

• Own the day-to-day relationship with 3PL, freight and carrier partners
• Drive performance across inbound, warehousing, pick & pack, dispatch, delivery and returns
• Monitor and improve OTIF, inventory accuracy and service levels
• Own stock reconciliations, cycle counts and variance investigations
• Resolve fulfilment, transport, shortage, damage, claims and returns issues
• Run structured 3PL performance reviews and ensure corrective actions happen
• Monitor freight and warehousing costs, challenge invoices and identify savings
• Support logistics planning for new brands, products, customers and launches
• Help improve systems, processes and operational controls

Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong 3PL, warehousing, freight or logistics experience gained within beauty, FMCG, consumer goods, wholesale or distribution.

You’ll need to be commercially confident, highly organised and comfortable holding external partners accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.
