Job summary

InstaLoft is seeking a skilled Lead Installer to head day-to-day loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs across your local region. You will work as part of a two-person team in customers' homes, with no overnight stays and a secure, salaried role.

You will own on-site quality and safety, lead the team, and coordinate with the InstaLoft network. A full UK driving licence and proven carpentry or trade experience are required; a company van, tools and fuel are provided, plus leave

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence.
• Proven carpentry, construction or related trade experience.
• Experience leading a small on-site team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs in customers’ homes.
• Direct a two-person team and ensure on-site quality and safety.
• Coordinate with local InstaLoft region and manage overtime opportunities.
