The Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of the LOFT Sky Bar, delivering an excellent Guest and Member experience, and working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.

What will I be doing?

• Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Ensure compliance with brand standards
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Represent the needs of the team
• Assist Food and Beverage management in achieving financial targets
• Assist with training and development of team members
• Participate in annual and mid-year appraisals
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
• Be environmentally conscious
• Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships

What are we looking for?

• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
• Flexible and adaptable to different work situations
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred capabilities and experience:

• Mixology/Bar experience is essential
• Previous experience in the hotel industry
• Experience in supervising and delegation
• Willingness to develop team members and oneself
