Job summary

Churchill Estates Management are seeking a Lodge Manager for our retirement development at Royal Lodge, Gillingham. You will coordinate maintenance, manage on-site operations, and deliver a high-standard customer experience for Home Owners.

You will report to the Area Manager and act as the trusted on-site contact, handling contractor liaison, events for Owners, and safe, efficient administration in a busy, people-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity or health & social care sectors.
• Front-of-house focused with a passion for first-class customer service and strong administration skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and related activities on-site.
• Provide first-class service to Owners and act as the on-site go-to person.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers; manage contractors and scheduling of maintenance.
• Organise activities and events for Owners and oversee health and safety checks.
