Churchill Estates Management is seeking a Lodge Manager for our retirement living development at Henley-on-Thames. The role is 25 hours per week (Mon–Fri 9am–2pm) with a salary of £17,857 per year.

You will coordinate maintenance, provide first‑class service to Owners, and act as the on‑site go‑to person, building a safe, friendly environment. You should have experience in administration and customer service, with a proactive, calm, and professional approach to responsibilities and residents.
