Supply Care Solutions is seeking a Tenancy Support Worker in the United Kingdom to provide focused, trauma-informed, person-centred support for individuals facing homelessness, mental health or housing challenges. The role concentrates on tenancy sustainment, independence and skills development within a fast-paced environment.

You will deliver one-to-one support, manage caseloads, coordinate with housing and health services, and promote client empowerment while maintaining accurate records and

Formación

• Enhanced DBS clearance is mandatory.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and electronic records.
• Experience engaging with people who have complex needs.
• Understanding of Housing First principles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-to-one keywork sessions to promote independence and tenancy sustainment.
• Help clients maintain accommodation, manage bills and budgets.
• Develop, review and monitor support, safety and risk plans.
• Liaise with housing, mental health, substance misuse and criminal justice services.
• Support clients to explore longer-term housing options.
• Maintain accurate case notes and progress reports.
• Build positive relationships and empower clients to make informed choices.
