Job summary

Venn Group is recruiting a Locum Legal Advisor for remote working with occasional office attendance. The role is an initial 6-9 month assignment within a well-regarded Public Sector Organisation, offering an hourly Umbrella rate of £30-45 dependent on experience.

The successful candidate will draft, review, and amend straightforward contracts and legal documents, draft and review NDAs, and support with purchase agreements and general commercial work. Remote working with limited office visits.

Qualifications

• A law degree or legal qualification is essential.
• Previous experience drafting or reviewing contracts would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with legal documentation.
• A practical and organised approach, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Venn Group's specialist Public Sector Legal team are currently recruiting for a Legal Advisor to join a well-regarded Public Sector Organisation on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills within a Public Sector legal team, supporting the review and drafting of a range of straightforward commercial agreements.

Role Details:

Position: Legal Advisor

Working Arrangement: Remote working, with occasional office attendance desirable but non essential

Duration: Initial 6-9 months

Rate: £30-45 per hour Umbrella, dependent on experience

Duties may include:
