Job summary

Military Medical Personnel is recruiting a Locum Doctor (General Practitioner) to cover a Ministry of Defence assignment at RAF Lossiemouth Medical Centre in Lossiemouth, Morayshire. The role is 24 hours per week and aims to deliver an exceptional standard of care to MoD personnel.

The locum role is on-site with responsibilities including PHC clinics for military personnel, OH fitness-for-work assessments, and compliant reporting per MOD policy. UK registration and GMC requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• , GMC registration on main and GP Register without restrictions.
• Current, up-to-date annual appraisal per GMP requirements.
• Certification for Safeguarding Children/Adults up to Level 3.
• NHS Performer number must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Primary Healthcare clinics for military personnel.
• Conduct Occupational Health fitness-for-work assessments as appropriate.
• Inform local medical authority of cases affecting service members’ duties.
• Complete reports/docs per MOD policies.
• Attend management reviews or case conferences as required.
