Job summary

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust seeks a Locum Consultant in Gastroenterology to support a 6-month post at the Lister Hospital, Stevenage, with on-call endoscopy duties and clinics at multiple sites. Qualifications

• Gastroenterology expertise in adult GI care.
• Experience in hepatology and endoscopy is desirable.
• Involvement in research and teaching activities is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality patient-centered care.
• Share day-to-day management and strategic planning.
• Teach and train within the multidisciplinary service.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical governance.
• Engage in continuing medical education.
