Job summary

East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust seeks an enthusiastic Consultant Gastroenterologist to join our established team and help deliver high-quality care across the Trust. The post is based at the Lister Hospital, Stevenage, with involvement across Lister, New QEII, and Hertford County Hospital.

The team currently comprises 12 Gastroenterologists and 4 Hepatologists, supporting a patient-centred, high-standard service.

Responsibilities

• Join an established Gastroenterology team to deliver high-quality care.
• Provide gastroenterology and hepatology services across multiple hospitals within the Trust.
• Participate in on-call rota for GI bleeding and emergency endoscopy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and community partners.
