Qualifications

• Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification (Level 7/Postgraduate) is required.
• V300 Independent Prescribing is required.
• Recent experience in primary care, urgent care or walk-in settings is required.
• Ability to work autonomously and safely.
• Familiarity with EMIS, SystmOne or Vision is required.
• Enhanced DBS is required.

• Running minor illness and acute assessment clinics
• Completing long‑term condition reviews where required
• Telephone triage and clinical decision‑making
• Independent prescribing and medication reviews
• Ordering and interpreting investigations
• Clear, accurate clinical documentation

You will independently assess, diagnose and manage a range of presentations, deliver evidence-based care, and contribute to high-quality clinical outcomes. The practice offers a structured workflow, clear expectations and a supportive clinical setup to make each session efficient and manageable.

Key Responsibilities

• Running minor illness and acute assessment clinics
• Completing long‑term condition reviews where required
