Anchor Hanover Group in Bournemouth and Wimborne is seeking a part-time Housing Location Manager to support older residents to live independently. You will manage properties, rent accounts, and coordinate repairs and safety checks across two sites.
This role offers a caring, community-focused environment with DBS checks and flexible hours across two sites. You will build strong relationships with residents and external partners to ensure a safe, inclusive home.
Location: Leonard Hackett Court, Bournemouth & Victoria Place, Wimborne
Contract: Part-time | Permanent
Working Pattern: 28 hours per week: 18 hours at Leonard Hackett Court and 10 hours at Victoria Place
Salary: £29,870 pro rata
