Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Housing Location Manager in Oxford to oversee property operations and resident support. You will manage lettings, rent accounts and ensure timely repairs while fostering a safe, welcoming community.

Contract: Full-time, Permanent. This role will become available at the end of October.

Working Pattern: 36 hours per week

Salary: Up to £29,870 per annum

The role:
  • Manage properties and support residents to live independently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our communities.
  • Let properties, manage rent accounts and address issues such as anti‑social behaviour with fairness.
  • Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed promptly and to high standards, taking ownership of follow-up and communication.
  • Build trusted relationships with residents through proactive listening, clear communication andquickresolutions.
  • Completecompliance,healthandsafety checks,andrisk assessments, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure residents receivesupport.
