Anchor Hanover Group in Bradford is seeking a Housing Location Manager to support older residents to live independently within our communities. The role involves letting properties, managing rent accounts, and addressing issues such as anti-social behaviour with fairness.
The position requires coordinating repairs, building trusted relationships with residents through proactive listening and timely follow-ups, and ensuring compliance with health and safety checks.
