Job summary

Cartref Ni Limited is looking for a compassionate and positive female support worker to join our team in Flintshire, Wales. This role involves supporting individuals in three different supported living houses, ensuring person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence, and while experience with learning disabilities is helpful, it is not essential as full training will be provided. Attractive pay rates with a variety of shifts and locations tailored to the needs of each home are included.

Job description

If so, we’d love to hear from you!We have an exciting opportunity to join our team supporting individuals across three supported living houses in Flintshire. This role offers fantastic variety—no two days will be the same.Your will have a 40-hour weekly contract.

About the Role

• Work across three different houses, gaining varied experience and building meaningful relationships.
• Receive a monthly rota, with shifts and locations tailored to the needs of each home.
• Support people both at home and out in the community, helping them achieve their personal goals.
• Deliver person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, compassionate, and reliable individual
• A full UK driving licence (essential)
• This position requires a female support worker
• Experience with learning disabilities is helpful but not essential—full training is provided.

Pay Rates

• Training / Basic – £13.45 per hour
• Level 2 Adult Social Care – £13.85 per hour
• Level 3 Adult Social Care – £14.50 per hour
• Sleep In - £8.21 per hour
• Waking Night – £15.50 per hour
