Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker for a client in Flintshire. You will support one individual with complex needs, working long day shifts across a consistent weekly pattern, under a zero-hours contract. NVQ Level 3 or a commitment to obtain one is preferred, with fully funded training available.

He's a wheelchair user, has a PEG, and requires full personal care with double-handed support.

Communication is beautifully uniquehe understands both Welsh and English and responds with expressive smiles or tears.
