Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker for a client in Flintshire. Join a Truly Special Care Team in Flintshire Are you a dedicated Support Worker with your NVQ Level 3or eager to achieve one with fully funded training?

Role Type:| 13-hour Day shifts (8am-9pm)| In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team.

While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.

Though non-verbal, his personality beams through every smile, every tear, and every shared moment.

He lives independently in his own home and is supported by a close-knit, loving family who are actively involved in his care journey.

He's a wheelchair user, has a PEG, and requires full personal care with double-handed support.

Communication is beautifully uniquehe understands both Welsh and English and responds with expressive smiles or tears.
