Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Service Manager to cover supported living services around Doncaster. You will oversee a small group of dwellings, lead with compassion, and ensure person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will inspire your team, drive quality and safety, and build strong relationships with families and communities. A Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required, with Level 5 desirable, plus UK travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification; Level 5 desirable.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Genuine passion for quality care and ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support, inspire, and develop your team of support workers and leaders to deliver outstanding care within the supported living flat scheme.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with your team, families, and communities.
