An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, committed and well-motivated Locality Administrator to join the Community Nursing and CIS Team based at Thomas Lewis House in Southampton. The Locality Administrator role is a pivotal part of the Service, supporting both the administrative and clinical teams across Southampton City. You will need to possess strong prioritising and excellent organisational skills together with the ability to remain calm in a busy and dynamic environment. The work is varied, challenging and fast paced which requires a flexible approach. We are looking for someone that has experience in working in a team. You need to be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, be organised and possess good IT skills, including competence with Microsoft Office. Experience of System One is desirable although all training will be provided. The successful applicant must be flexible, should possess excellent time management skills, be self-motivated and have a positive attitude with a customer focused approach. The role is full time based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our core hours are 08:30 to 16:30. Open only to applicants from Hampshire & Isle of Wight NHS system, which is limited to; Hampshire IOW Healthcare NHS Trust, Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB, Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, Isle of Wight NHS Trust, University Hospital Southampton Foundation Trust, South Central Ambulance Service or Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust.
