Isle of Wight NHS Trust is seeking a highly organised Postgraduate Administrator to join the Postgraduate Medical Education Team at St Mary's Hospital, Newport.
The role offers 30 hours per week (Mon-Thu, 8:30–4:30) on a permanent contract, supporting foundation training, e-portfolio management, teaching events, and trainee records across the Isle of Wight.

The single corporate service is delivered across both organisations. You may be based at either IWT or PHU and individuals may be required to undertake business travel between sites. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Postgraduate Medical Education Team for a highly organised and enthusiastic Postgraduate Administrator.
Working within the Education Centre, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of postgraduate medical education across the Isle of Wight. The role includes coordinating foundation training programmes, organising teaching events, maintaining trainee records and e-portfolios, supporting educational supervisors and trainees, and providing administrative support to the Medical Education team.
