Job summary

Bumble Inc. is seeking a Localisation Project Manager to orchestrate end-to-end localisation for Product and Marketing, coordinating content across languages and markets to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

You will partner with Product, Content Design, Marketing and Engineering to understand requirements, optimize workflows, and manage risks. You will drive quality and cultural adaptation across global experiences using TMS tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of localisation, project management, content operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of localisation, transcreation, and cultural adaptation.
• Experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and project management tools.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of additional languages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end localisation process for Product and Marketing initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure content is delivered on schedule and to a high quality standard.
• Support localisation efforts across content types including product UI, feature launches, CRM, web content, paid media, and brand campaigns.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, blockers, and delivery challenges.
• Ensure localisation requests are scoped, planned, and communicated throughout the lifecycle.
