Qualifications

• End-to-end HR Generalist capability with core HR disciplines.
• Experience handling employee relations cases in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws, compliance requirements, and employment practices.
• Ability to partner with local/regional HR stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
