Job summary

Maersk is seeking a People Partner for a 12 Month FTC maternity cover in Maidenhead. The role focuses on delivering high-quality local people processes and advisory support to leaders and employees, while aligning with global and regional priorities.

You will handle employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and manage Workday data, supporting continuous improvement and strong stakeholder partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end HR Generalist capability across core HR disciplines.
• Experience managing employee relations cases in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and compliance.
• Stakeholder collaboration across local/regional HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary local people advisor and contact for leaders and employees.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and other lifecycle events.
• Support end-to-end delivery of HR activities such as MPACT, salary reviews, engagement surveys.
• Ensure accurate and timely people data management in Workday with data integrity.
• Collaborate with Focal People Partners on workforce changes and local initiatives.
