Qualifications

• At least 6 months of social care experience preferred.
• Compassion and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care in clients' homes following personalised care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication preparation and safe administration.
• Support mobility, meals, housekeeping and companionship.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in condition.
• Collaborate with colleagues, professionals and families to ensure quality care.
