Qualifications

• Hold at least 6 months of social care experience.
• Demonstrate heart of gold and kindness in every interaction.
• Willingness to learn and develop care skills with support from the team.

Responsibilities

• Providing essential care in clients' homes following personalised care plans.
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Managing medication preparation and safe administration where required.
• Supporting mobility and transfers using appropriate aids.
• Preparing meals and snacks, and offering mealtime support.
• Carrying out light domestic duties and helping with household tasks.
• Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships with clients.
