Job summary

Comfort Call, part of the CCH Group, is recruiting compassionate Care Assistants to join our dedicated teams serving Coleford and surrounding communities. Local work, regular shifts, and meaningful connections with service users are at the heart of this role.

We offer guaranteed hours, funded training to NVQ levels, and career progression within the largest UK care group. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, meal assistance, and mobility support in clients’ own homes.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of social care experience.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Willingness to travel between local clients within the community.
• Ability to provide person-centred care with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care and support in clients' homes following personalised care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication, mobility, meals, and light domestic duties.
• Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships with service users.
• Promote independence, safety, and reporting changes in condition.
