Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd is actively recruiting Care Assistants for our Comfort Call team in Laceby. Join a dedicated group delivering compassionate homecare in the Grimsby area, offering varied shifts across Earlies, Tea & Bed, and Long Days.

You’ll support clients to live independently at home, provide personal care, and promote dignity and choice. We value empathy, reliability and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Ideally some social care experience (minimum 6 months)
• Heart of gold and kindness in every interaction
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not offered)
• Ability to travel between clients within the local area

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care in clients' homes following personalised care plans
• Assist with personal care and grooming with dignity
• Support with medication administration and safety
• Assist with mobility and use of aids, enabling independence
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes
• Carry out light domestic duties and household tasks
• Offer companionship and build meaningful relationships
• Monitor health changes and report them promptly
• Collaborate with families, carers and professionals to coordinate care
