Local Focus Hub Officer

Sitting within the Safe and Strong Communities team you will be working in partnership to deliver solutions to complex cases of Anti-Social Behaviour, dealing with ASB Case Reviews, Community Issues, Public Space Protection Orders and Unauthorised Encampments. You will sit within a small team but collaborate extensively with partners to achieve desired outcomes.

Who we are looking for…

We are looking for a highly motivated, focused individual to lead, develop and organise the Local Focus Hub which actively deals with solving complex cases of Anti‑Social behaviour using a multi‑agency approach.

Our ideal person would have experience of partnership working, be a good communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills. This is a fast‑paced role and we’re looking for someone with empathy and initiative who can make a real difference to improve negative behaviours faced by communities through proactive and community‑based interventions, education, engagement and enforcement.
