Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Local Business Manager for the Lincoln, Lincolnshire branch to build trusted relationships with local businesses and communities while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You’ll manage the end-to-end customer journey, identify opportunities, and support colleagues with Business Banking knowledge. This permanent full-time role offers a 35-hour week, scoped across the branch and local market, with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer outcomes in a regulated environment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout their relationship with Nationwide, from onboarding to servicing.
• Develop referrals and guide customers to appropriate products or support.
• Engage with customers about finance and participate in training to develop lending capability.
• Help branch colleagues grow Business Banking knowledge and confidence.
• Ensure outcomes are customer-focused while managing risk and compliance.
