Nationwide is seeking a Local Business Manager for the Southampton branch. You will guide customers through onboarding, servicing, and more complex needs, building trusted relationships and delivering excellent service within a regulated environment.

You will develop connections with business customers and community networks, identify opportunities, and work toward the right outcomes for customers while maintaining high standards of risk management and compliance.
