Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Local Business Development Manager to grow the BMW-MIN Chelmsford area. Ideally based in Southend, you will develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for local business clients, ensuring exceptional customer service across the area.

You will prospect and develop business customers, represent the company professionally, and ensure FCA compliance and data protection throughout all interactions with clients.

Qualifications

• Corporate sales experience within the motor industry is essential.
• Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.
• Genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team’s success.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
