Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate daily workloads for operatives, contractors, and specialist teams.
  • Manage appointment bookings, diaries, and work schedules to optimize resource utilisation.
  • Reallocate jobs and adjust workloads in response to changing priorities, emergencies, and service demands.
  • Monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance work, ensuring completion within agreed timescales.
  • Raise, update, and close work orders on relevant scheduling and management systems.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, operatives, and internal departments regarding appointments, repairs, and service updates.
  • Coordinate emergency and urgent repair requests, ensuring appropriate resources are assigned promptly.
