Job summary

Nottingham City Council Housing Services is seeking a highly organised Operational Resource Planner to coordinate and schedule work for trades colleagues and contractors.

You will manage daily schedules, respond to urgent repairs, monitor performance, and maintain records while providing admin support and contributing to team projects. This hybrid role is based at Harvey Road with travel to other sites across Nottingham.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating appointments for large teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience communicating with the public in a business setting with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use computerised and manual office systems and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule work for trades colleagues and contractors to optimise resources and meet service targets.
• Manage daily schedules, allocate appointments, and respond to urgent repairs.
