Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a driver to own a local route, delivering parcels with pride and 10/10 service. You’ll handle 40–50 stops daily and use Saturn handheld devices to navigate and track deliveries.

As the friendly face of the DPD experience, you’ll stay active on the road, follow safety procedures, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, providing reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
• Typically 6 months of recent driving experience with 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Professional, approachable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically active and able to lift heavy parcels.

Responsibilities

• Drive a designated local route with 40–50 stops per day.
• Load and unload parcels using equipment such as sack barrows/hand trucks.
• Operate Saturn handheld devices for navigation, tracking and delivery management.
• Provide a friendly, professional customer experience on each interaction.
