Job summary

DPD UK is seeking a reliable 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver to manage a local route with 40–50 stops daily. You will load/unload parcels and navigate using Saturn handheld devices, delivering high-quality service to customers.

The role emphasizes autonomy, a professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position supporting a sustainable logistics network.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
• Ideally 6 months recent driving experience handling 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Physically active and comfortable with lifting involved in the role.
• Professional, approachable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own a designated local route with ~40–50 stops daily.
• Load and unload parcels using equipment (sack barrows, hand trucks).
• Utilise Saturn handheld devices for tracking deliveries and routing.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service on every drop-off.
