DPD UK is seeking a reliable 7.5 Tonne Driver to own a designated local route, ensuring high service standards and timely deliveries. You’ll handle loading/unloading, navigate efficiently, and maintain customer-friendly interactions on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates have a 7.5 Tonne licence with DQC/CPC accreditation, up to six months of recent relevant driving experience, and a professional, can-do attitude. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and friendly customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 7.5 Tonne licence and DQC/CPC accreditation required.
• At least 6 months recent driving experience with 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Professional, approachable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically active and comfortable with lifting heavy parcels.
• Customer-focused with respectful attitude toward customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Drive a local route with around 40–50 stops daily.
• Load and unload parcels using appropriate handling gear.
• Deliver parcels safely and on time while maintaining high service standards.
• Represent the company professionally in the community.
