Job summary

DPD is seeking a reliable 7.5 Tonne Driver to manage a designated local route with around 40–50 stops daily. You will be the final face of service, solving delivery challenges and maintaining a high standard for every parcel.

Utilise Saturn handhelds for tracking and delivery management, while loading and unloading using standard equipment. This role offers autonomy in a fast-paced environment and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
• 6 months recent driving experience with 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Professional, approachable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically active and comfortable with lifting involved.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on a designated local route with around 40–50 stops daily.
• Be the friendly face delivering parcels and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Load and unload parcels using sack barrows and hand trucks.
• Use Saturn handheld devices to track progress and manage deliveries.
