Job summary

A financial services firm is seeking a Loans Documentation Specialist to join their Credit Loans Middle Office Team. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Loan Market Association (LMA) and/or Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) standards. The role involves maintaining accuracy of risk positions, monitoring trades, and drafting essential documentation. This is an onsite position in Central London with a day rate of £250 for an initial contract length of 6 months, with a start date as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with LMA and/or LSTA.
• Familiarity with loan syndication processes is required.
• Experience drafting and negotiating loan documents is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in maintaining accuracy of risk positions.
• Monitor trading systems for new trades.
• Draft and review transfer documents.
• Liaise with internal teams for approvals and reconciliations.
