Job summary

Jobwise Ltd is seeking a Finance Administrator in the United Kingdom to join their finance team. You will handle day-to-day administration of commercial property loans, ensuring accurate calculations and complete records, while supporting loan operations and client reporting.

The role requires strong numeracy, Excel proficiency and an extremely high level of accuracy. Salary ranges from £27,000 to £29,000 depending on experience, with benefits including private healthcare, pension, and 25 days

Qualifications

Experience in a similar financial role such as general accounts, purchase ledger or other financial based roles.
Excellent numeracy and ability to work with Excel and financial records.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day administration of commercial property loans.
Adding and updating loans in the loan management system.
Calculating loan interest and preparing statements for clients and lenders.
Preparing and processing payments, including online and manual payments.
Monitoring company bank accounts and keeping payment and reconciliation records up to date.
Maintaining portfolio databases, spreadsheets and distribution lists.
