Qualifications

• Previous experience in finance or accounts roles and a good level of numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day administration of commercial property loans.
• Update and maintain loans in the loan management system.
• Calculate loan interest and prepare statements for clients and lenders.
• Process payments and monitor bank accounts and reconcile records.
• Prepare Billing notices and remittance reports; support loan administration.
