Responsibilities

• Review and process lender-submitted loan transfer requests in line with loan agreements.
• Accurately capture new external primary and secondary loan trades in agent books and records.
• Review credit agreements and key assignability provisions.
• Investigate and resolve operational queries; escalate when needed.
• Produce daily and monthly MIS reporting to monitor open items and risks.
• Support technology enhancements and UAT testing.
• Contribute to process improvements and the team’s control environment.
• Collaborate with Wholesale Lending Services and wider teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders by email, phone and in person.
