Qualifications

• Experience in a loan operations / transaction management especially in the origination space, including knowledge of the loan product and syndicated loan business.
• A proven ability to review legal loan documentation (e.g., Credit Agreements) to identify critical operational, deal-related information.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• A proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting milestones, and succeeding in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate with team members and senior management across and within the lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Own origination pipeline system and ensure real-time recording of data.
• Extract key deal information from credit agreements.
• Coordinate Borrower KYC ahead of signing/funding.
• Maintain process docs and periodic upload of documents.
• Assign deals and resolve client queries from the group mailbox.
• Collaborate with Operations and wider WLS globally to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Build and maintain relationships across WLS teams.
• Lead or participate in cross- Firm projects to improve efficiency.
