Corin in Cirencester is seeking a Senior Medical Kit Associate to lead a small team responsible for coordinating loan medical kits for hospitals and surgeons across the UK. You will oversee preparation, dispatch, return and replenishment of loan kits, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, logistics experience and good knowledge of Excel and internal systems. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with a salary of £28,000–£31,000 and a

• Experience leading a small team in warehouse/logistics or distribution.
• Proven ability to coordinate kits and shipments efficiently.
• Strong communication and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of instrument kits using Webops and Sage.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure excellent service.
• Prioritise urgent same-day requests and make quick decisions.
• Support, coach and develop the team.
• Act as first point of contact for escalations and problem-solving.
• Maintain relationships across departments and drive improvements.
• Ensure SOPs, work instructions and quality standards are kept up to date.
