Solutus Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Analyst to join our Chorley team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on admin/servicing of Corporate and Commercial real estate loans, ensuring accurate calculations, payments, and communications with borrowers and lenders.

The position is office-based at our Chorley office, with an emphasis on accuracy, timely delivery, and collaborative teamwork within the Loan Operations team.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical skills and high accuracy.
• Positive and diligent attitude with timely task completion.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook for daily work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Board new loans onto the LMS as per Facility Agreements.
• Create loan interest calculation templates in Excel.
• Produce periodic interest calculations and IPD statements.
• Prepare payments from borrower and Solutus accounts and maintain trackers.
• Daily monitoring of bank accounts and weekly GBP/EUR reconciliations.
• Maintain LMS, invoices, diaries and client reports.
• Liaise with lenders, clients and third parties on accruals and audits.
• Support LMS enhancements and process improvements.
