Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a Loading Shovel Operative for Holcim Tilbury Docks. The role is on-site with a 1-2 year contract, starting ASAP, at £14 per hour (negotiable).

Ideal candidates will have construction experience, CSCS MP Connect desirable, and a loading shovel licence or relevant experience. Responsibilities include operating machinery, material handling, and ensuring health and safety standards on site.

• Loading shovel licence or experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct manual handling.
• Sound IT literacy skills.

We have a Loading Shovel Operative position available within Holcim Tilbury Docks. This role is ideal for someone who considers themself to be reliable, proactive and eager to learn.

Role: Loading Shovel Operative

Location: Holcim, Tilbury Docks RM18 7EH

Rate: £14.00 per hour (negotiable)

Hours: Standard hours are Monday - Friday 7am-6pm with a 30mins unpaid lunch and overtime available. However, It's an on demand job driven by customer needs, once on site a rotation will be put in place with the team, some days you may start earlier, some later. Flexibility is needed.

Contract length: 1-2 year contract with the potential to go permanent
