Holcim Tilbury Docks is seeking a Loading Shovel Operative to join the team in Tilbury. The role requires reliability, proactivity and a willingness to learn, with standard hours Monday to Friday and a rate of £14.00 per hour (negotiable).

You will operate loading shovel machinery, handle materials, perform checks, and uphold health and safety standards. A CSCS card or MP Connect is desirable, and there is potential for permanent placement after 1-2 years, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Operating loading shovel machinery safely and efficiently.
• Handling materials and ensuring timely delivery to designated areas.
• Conducting routine checks on equipment and reporting issues.
• Upholding high health and safety standards at all times.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• CSCS Card or MP Connect desirable.
