DO & CO Airline Catering in London is seeking a Loading Bay Supervisor to lead loading operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and high service quality for luxury airline catering. You will coordinate with Transport and Dispatch, monitor manifests, and enforce SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead loading operations to ensure DO & CO quality on time and efficiently.
• Control daily activities, pickup times, and truck checks per manifest.
• Ensure flights are loaded onto correct trucks as allocated.
• Collaborate with Transport and Dispatch for smooth deliveries to aircraft.
• Adhere to SOPs, Health & Safety, and food safety requirements.
• Provide productivity and performance reports to management.
• Develop and coach team members to support career growth.

Job Description

• The Loading Bay Supervisor will be a role model to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time with maximum efficiency in accordance with customer requirements
• Controlling all daily activities such as pick up times, truck checks according to manifest, working accurately under tight deadlines
• Ensuring flights loaded onto correct trucks as per allocation sheet
• Working closely with Transport and Dispatch department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircrafts
• Ensuring operations adhere to all SOP’s and all relevant Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety and all legal requirements
• Providing reports on productivity and other performance indicators to management
• Driving success by proactively managing team performance, provide development and succession planning opportunities
