Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking motivated Loaders & Unloaders to join our busy warehouse and logistics team in Rugby. This role involves manual handling, loading and unloading goods, and assisting with receipts and dispatches.

We offer immediate start, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, full training, and a friendly working environment. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required; reliability and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry out physical work and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles and containers.

Loader & Unloader - Immediate Start

Location - Rugby

Shifts - Monday to Friday 6-2pm or 7-3pm

Payrate - £12.71

We are looking for motivated and dependable Loaders & Unloaders to join our busy warehouse and logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles and containers
• Moving stock safely within the warehouse
• Assisting with the receipt and dispatch of deliveries
• Conducting basic checks on incoming and outgoing goods
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Following all health and safety procedures
