Job summary

QS Recruitment is looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client in Leicestershire during the peak season. The role is temporary, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule, 11:30 start times, offering weekends off.

You'll load and unload trailers, assist with general warehouse duties, and help prepare drivers for nationwide collections and deliveries. The position may lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Job Description

Earn £12.71 per hour with a consistent Monday-to-Friday routine through the peak season and the chance to potentially work towards a permanent contract. We are recruiting for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team, supporting our client who are a nationwide collections company in Leicestershire.

This is a temporary role throughout the peak period, offering the perfect opportunity to prove your skills, show your work ethic which could lead to a permanent position within time.

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Enjoy your weekends off!)
• Hours: Consistent 11:30 AM starts—perfect if you prefer a midday start over early mornings.

What You Will Do

• Load and unload trailers and delivery vehicles.
• Assist with general warehouse duties to keep the site running smoothly.
• Work alongside a team to prepare drivers for their daily nationwide collections and deliveries.

Duration: Ongoing work is available for the successful candidate.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: The pay rate is £12.71 per hour. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata. We do not offer visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: This is a Monday to Friday role, with shifts from 11:30 to 19: 20:30.
