Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking experienced HLOP/VNA drivers for our Rugby operation. You will operate HLOP and VNA trucks, pick and move stock, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Shifts run 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work. A valid licence and RTITB/ AITT accreditation are required. Pay is £13.50 per hour with potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid/in-date HLOP and/or VNA forklift licence.
• Provide proof of RTITB or AITT accreditation.
• Experience operating HLOP/VNA equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate HLOP and VNA trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick and move stock within the warehouse.
• Load, unload and replenish stock.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Follow all site health & safety procedures.

HLOP / VNA Driver - Rugby

Location: Rugby

Shift: 14:00pm - 22:00pm

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Weekend Work: Alternative weekends

Job Type: Ongoing / Temporary-to-Permanent

We are currently recruiting experienced HLOP / VNA Drivers to join our busy logistics and order fulfilment operation in Rugby

The Role

As an HLOP / VNA Driver, your duties will include:

• Operating HLOP (High-Level Order Picker) and VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) trucks safely and efficiently.
• Picking and moving stock within the warehouse.
• Working at height where required.
• Loading, unloading and replenishing stock.
• Following all site health & safety procedures.
• Carrying out daily equipment checks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Working as part of a busy warehouse team.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 14:00pm - 22:00pm

You will also be required to work alternative weekends if required.

Pay

£13.50 per hour

Requirements

• Hold a valid/in-date HLOP and/or VNA forklift licence.
• Be able to provide proof of RTITB or AITT accreditation.
• Have previous experience operating HLOP/VNA equipment.
• Be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Be physically fit for a warehouse environment.
• Be flexible to work alternative weekends.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
