Job summary
Blue Arrow is recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers, Reach FLT Operators, Line Feeders and Logistics Assistants for a well-established manufacturing and distribution operation in Belper, Derbyshire. This role requires a valid Reach Truck FLT licence and proven experience in warehouse and goods in/out processes.
Immediate starts available following registration and site induction. You will join a busy, safe manufacturing environment with weekly pay, overtime options and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Valid Reach Truck FLT licence essential.
- Minimum 12 months Reach Truck experience.
- Experience in goods in/out, stock control and distribution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Truck forklifts safely within the warehouse.
- Line feed materials to manufacturing and production areas.
- Move stock, pallets and finished goods around site.
- Support warehouse, logistics and production operations.
- Load and unload vehicles and processing goods in/out.
- Maintain stock accuracy and assist cycle counts.
- Follow all health, safety and quality procedures.

Immediate starts available following registration, licence verification and site induction.
- Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:30 | £15.79 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: 14:30 - 23:00 | £17.76 per hour
- Night Shift (Sunday): 20:30 - 06:00 | £18.79 per hour
- Night Shift (Monday to Thursday): 23:00 - 06:00 | £18.79 per hour
These rates are available for drivers with D2 certification or D1 stating test hight over 10m.

- Operating Reach Truck Forklifts safely and efficiently within a warehouse and manufacturing environment
- Line feeding manufacturing and production areas with materials and components
- Moving stock, pallets and finished products throughout the site
- Supporting warehouse, logistics and production operations
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Goods In and Goods Out processing
- Inventory control, stock rotation and replenishment
- Booking stock movements using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Conducting daily FLT safety inspections and equipment checks
- Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting cycle count processes
- Supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Following all site health, safety and quality procedures
- Achieving departmental productivity and performance targets
- Valid Reach Truck FLT Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, AITT or equivalent)
- Minimum 12 months' Reach Truck driving experience
- Previous experience within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments
- Strong stock control and inventory management experience
- Understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Reliable attendance and strong timekeeping
- Flexible approach to shift patterns and overtime
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Own transport advantageous due to shift times
